The Interact foundation was established in 2001 with a view to share the knowledge of different fields and subject of concern to the public at large, by inviting the speakers/veterans of high skill in the subject. It was also the idea of holding the camps for needy people of the society for their medical help and need.

The object of the trust was also to cater the need of professionals in various subjects with a view to help them in general. The trust carried on many seminars-conferences-camps for capital market-financial updates-Finance budgets-Medical field in state of Maharashtra as well as Gujarat. Trust has been organising Public Budget meeting year on year within 2-3 days from the date of presentations to Parliament (Lok Sabha). The foundation was established by the trustees after experiencing many hardship and hurdles in their own academic as well as professional life since 1973.

The trustees are from financial back ground as well as medical back ground and regularly in touch with the public-society at large. One of the trustees has been rendering services as honorary doctor since 35 years in the Mumbai. The trust also run the many small groups of persons for professional persons and one such group called “NJMSTOCKINFO” is catering the need of the people connected to capital market.

The foundation got registration with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board Of India) as Investor’s association in March 2019.

The group caters the need of investors by sharing the knowledge of expert and veterans with members and investors on regular basis with reference to their investments in all types of assets.

The group meets once in every month since long. The group has a membership of nearly 200 members, mostly investors.
